Accepted Payment Methods
At Tileprint, we offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can make payments using net banking, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), as well as UPI platforms like PayTM, Google Pay, PhonePe, and BharatPe. Additionally, we accept Demand Drafts (DD), for both online and offline purchases.
For payments made via cheque or demand draft, processing will only commence once the amount has been successfully cleared to our account.
Payment Processing Partners
To facilitate secure transactions, we partner with third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU Money. Tileprint does not store or have access to any sensitive financial details, including credit card numbers, bank details, or account credentials. The limited information collected is solely used for order identification, tracking, customer support, and processing replacements efficiently.

Shipping Policy
Tileprint provides shipping services within Bangalore and select locations across India. Below are details on shipping timelines and procedures:
Shipping Within Bangalore
Orders within Bangalore are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type, location, and logistics availability
For those who prefer self-pickup, orders can be collected from our Bangalore showroom/WAREHOUSE, Please note that delivery services may include a nominal additional charge, and customers must make prior unloading arrangements.If unloading is required then prior intimation is required and will be charged extra based on the quantity and load weightage we are not responsible for any transit or later breakages under any circumstances.
Shipping Outside Bangalore
For locations outside Bangalore, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks due to additional packaging requirements and transit logistics. Extra precautions are taken to minimize damage during transportation.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, cancellations and modifications are not permitted. We strongly advise confirming measurements, technical specifications, color selections, materials, and quantity before placing your order.
A shipment will be considered abandoned if:
- The recipient refuses to accept the order upon delivery.
- Delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
